Celebration of Kathleen Ferrier with Diana Moore

Diana Moore’s programme celebrated Kathleen Ferrier’s life through her letters, diaries and the personal accounts of those who knew her well, and by performing some of the music that was associated with her, as her personal tribute.

The Kathleen Ferrier Society gave access to their archive photo collection, some of which accompanied the performance.  2012 marks the centenary of Ferrier's birth and the Kathleen Ferrier Society endorsed the programme to represent them during the Anniversary year.

The concert started at 2.30 p.m. and included afternoon tea.
